Factory Direct Kitchens is located close to our home in Waterloo. Dana Ertel has helped us design our amazing kitchen. I didn't have to downgrade my expectations because I didn't have a huge budget. He was able to design our large kitchen with island and best of all they don't sub contract out their installation. I can't say enough Dana...I will continue to refer family and friends!

We had our kitchen done by Paula a few years ago. She was extremely helpful and ensured the project was managed and done on time. She met with our general contractor, plumber and electrician to ensure things would be ready. She took the pressure off us so we could enjoy the process.
