We have this company clean our personal residence yearly And the always do a fantastic job. I'm extremely fussy with cleaning but our windows are always finished looking immaculate. I highly recommend this company if you want reliable good quality service.

Al, was very knowledgeable, prices were awesome and the product was amazing. The roll shutters work wonderful. Would highly recommend this company. My parents had Al install rollshutters 20 some years ago and they still work like a charm. Good product and excellent service.

The first contractor was fixing squeaky floors when he found water damage on the sides of the patio doors. Fortunaterly it hadn't got into the joists. He referred me to KD&W.
Lance came out to find a solution to stop the leaks. His assessment was that it wasn't the patio doors but the vinyl decking installed 2 years prior. He gave the solution to the first contractor, who is now waiting for warm weather.
No charge!
